Dry steam blasting

Dry steam cleaning is a new, revolutionary technique. Cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly, it protects expensive production facilities.  Dry steam makes it possible to clean production equipment gently and with utmost care, in the shortest of time, without any dismantling and expensive production shutdown. This equipment is suitable for mechanical and electrical control systems without damaging them. It boasts a minimum of water consumption (0.8 to 1.4 l/min at the water intake) and a working pressure up to 30 bar.  
Via a manually controllable, electronic detergent injection unit (with anticorrosion effect) greasy, oily and other substances may be removed carefully and efficiently. The maximum working temperature is 185°C of dry vapour at the discharge. The vapour discharge accounts for only a maximum of 0.01 l/min of water, whereas a hot water steam cleaner would consume as much as 10 to 30 litres!
